Red & Green Chickpeas

Ingredients:

  1. Chickpeas, 1 cup
  2. Scallions (AKA green onions), 1 or 2
  3. Paprika, 1 tablespoon
  4. Lemon & pepper, 1 teaspoon
  5. Cilantro, 4 leaves

Preparation

  1. Rinse the chickpeas.
  2. Chop the scallions into pieces, each 1 to 3 centimetres in length.
  3. Mix the chickpeas, scallions, and other ingredients. Do not cook them.
